Junior I
At Salon Ratay we have 3 levels of Colorists and Designers. Each level represents an intense training curriculum and mentoring with Sherry Ratay in the areas of Color, Design, and Consultations. After completing state requirements for Cosmetology they spend the next 6-8 months hands on mentoring with Sherry Ratay as an Associate in either Haircolor or Design before advancing to a Junior I.
